3. Product Availability
- All products are subject to availability. If there is no inventory, the customer will be notified and a refund or a proposed alternative will be made.
- We reserve the right to limit sales by region or quantity in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Prices
- Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) or Colombian pesos (COP), depending on the customer’s location.
- Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties or additional fees (such as VAT in Colombia or local taxes in California, USA).
- In the United States, California buyers will be subject to applicable sales tax under the California Sales and Use Tax Law.
5. Shipping and Deliveries
Colombia
- Shipments made through local carriers with tracking.

- Shipments made through FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

General Terms
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
- In the event of loss or damage during shipping, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Colombia: Returns are allowed within 5 business days after delivery, according to Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).
- USA: Returns for California residents are allowed within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is in original condition and accompanied by receipt.
- Personalized or modified jewelry is not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products.
7. Guarantees
- All our jewelry is covered by a 6-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects, applicable in Colombia and the United States.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including images, text, and product descriptions, is protected by copyright laws in Colombia and the United States. Its use is prohibited without express authorization.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- Transactions carried out in Colombia will be governed by Colombian legislation, including the Commercial Code and consumer protection laws.
- Transactions conducted in the United States will be governed by state and federal laws, including those of California.
- In the event of disputes, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bogotá, Colombia, or the state of California, as applicable.
